10:39 AM EST - Barrick Gold Corp. : is moving to complete its $773-million takeover of Arizona Star Resource Corp. after 94 percent of the target company's shares were tendered to its offer. Barrick said it will make a compulsory acquisition of the rest of Arizona Star, which owns 51 percent of the Cerro Casale deposit in Chile, regarded as one of the world's largest undeveloped gold and copper deposits.
