11:46 AM EST - Gatekeeper Systems Inc. : announced that it has completed the first phase of its stop-arm camera installation with Cook Illinois Corp., in Chicago. Cook and Gatekeeper signed a Memorandum of Understanding in October 2013 that allows Gatekeeper to install its stop arm camera technology on Cook's buses. At Cook's request, Gatekeeper will discuss details of contracts with law enforcement and school districts that Cook has student transportation contracts with. Cook has 2,000 school buses in operation throughout the greater Chicago area. Gatekeeper Systems Inc.
