11:56 AM EST - Discovery Ventures Inc. : and Roca Mines Inc. announced they have further amended the letter agreement dated November 4, 2013, among Discovery, Roca and FortyTwo Metals Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Roca. Pursuant to the Agreement, Roca granted an exclusive option to Discovery, exercisable in three stages, to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of FortyTwo. Discovery Ventures Inc.
