05:07 PM EST - Pure Nickel Inc. : announced the death of chairman-CEO Jay Jaski. The board has appointed David McPherson as interim president and CEO and Robert Angrisano as interim chairman. McPherson has been a director since March 2006 and Angrisano is the former president and CEO of Nevada Star Resource Corp., which amalgamated with Pure Nickel in March 2006. Pure Nickel Inc.
