01:17 PM EST - Adanac Molybdenum Corp. : has announced details of its equity offering to raise up to $15 million to help fund construction of the proposed Ruby Creek project near Atlin, B.C. The Vancouver-based firm said it will issue flow-through shares selling for $1.05 each and units at 95 cents apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and half of a share-purchase warrant.
