03:52 PM EST - VVC Exploration Corporation : announced that Camex Mining Development Group Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has closed yesterday the private sale of 800,000 common shares of the Company to FronTier Consulting Ltd., part of the FronTier Merchant Capital Group, in consideration for $40,000. This sale was part and parcel of a transaction announced in news release of March 5, whereby FronTier was engaged as investor relations advisor to the Company to support and strengthen its financial community communications activities. Frontier now holds an aggregate of $2.2 million worth of shares of the Company. VVC Exploration Corporation
