12:54 PM EST - BacTech Mining Corp. : shareholders have voted 99.6 percent in favour of merging the company with a subsidiary of Scorpio Mining Corp. The merged company will be renamed Scorpio Gold Corp. and hold interests in two shutdown gold mines in Nova Scotia, a polymetallic exploration project in the Gaspe, Que., as well as access to numerous projects under evaluation by BacTech. BacTech Mining Corp.
shares T.BM are trading down 1 cent at $0.16.
