12:09 PM EST - Thelon Capital Ltd. : announced that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Canadian Mining Company Inc. with Thelon to test the Company's zeolite in the growing of Medical Marijuana. Under the terms of the memorandum, Thelon will have an option to earn up to a 50% interest in the Company's Sun Group Zeolite Project near Princeton, B.C. Thelon Capital Ltd.
