10:08 AM EST - North American Gem Inc. : says it has entered into a deal to option a stake in the Whiskey Gap uranium project in southern Alberta to Geo Minerals Ltd. North American said that Geo Minerals can earn up to half of the Vancouver company's potential 80 percent interest in the Whiskey Gap deposit should the project be developed. North American Gem Inc.
