12:44 PM EST - Nortel Networks Corp. : and American Internet telephone service provider Vonage Holdings Corp. have settled their patent litigation, allowing for cross-licensing of the telecom companies' technology. The agreement in principle does not call for any payments by either company but provides for a limited cross-license of three Nortel patents and three Vonage patents. Nortel Networks Corp.
