03:36 PM EST - Tweed Marijuana Inc. : announced today that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by GMP Securities L.P. and including Jacob Securities Inc., pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis pursuant to the filing of a short form prospectus, 4,687,500 common shares of the Company, at a price of $3.20 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds to Tweed of $15,000,000.
