12:44 PM EST - Moto Goldmines Ltd. : is paying US$34.6 million in stock and cash for Orgaman's 10 percent stake in the Moto gold project in the Democratic Republic of Congo, boosting its interest to 70 percent. At the same time, company chairman Sam Jonah will invest C$7.6 million by acquiring about 2.7 million shares in Moto Goldmines at a price of $2.78 a share. Moto Goldmines Ltd.
shares T.MGL are trading up 92 cents at $3.63.
