10:04 AM EST - Immersive Media Corp. : is investing $5 million in T3 Motion Inc. of Orange County, Calif, which makes a three-wheel, electric-powered security vehicle. Calgary-based Immersive Media said the investment -- of which $2 million is in the form of a short-term promissory note -- will give Immersive Media a five percent stake in T3 Motion and ensure joint development of several security products.
