03:46 PM EST - Darwin Resources Corp. : and Tinka Resources Limited jointly announce that they have signed a definitive arrangement agreement whereby Tinka will acquire through a statutory plan of arrangement all of the outstanding shares of Darwin. Under the terms of the Arrangement, Darwin shareholders will receive 0.1818 of a Tinka common share for each Darwin Share. Darwin Resources Corp.
