09:52 AM EST - Alaris Royalty Corp. : announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Alaris USA Inc., has entered into a subscription agreement with Kimco Holdings, LLC pursuant to which Alaris USA will contribute $29,200,000 U.S. to Kimco. Closing of the Kimco Contribution is expected on or before June 25, and is subject to customary closing conditions. Alaris Royalty Corp.
