10:03 AM EST - Tyler Resources : announced that it has entered into a definitive support deal with Jinchuan Group Ltd. The company noted that under the deal, Jinchuan would buy all of the issued and outstanding common shares on a fully diluted basis of it for $1.60 per Share in cash.
