09:56 AM EST - Input Capital Corp. : announced today that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by GMP Securities L.P. and including Paradigm Capital Inc., Beacon Securities Limited, Acumen Capital Finance Partners Limited, AltaCorp Capital Inc., Canaccord Genuity Corp., Cormark Securities Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc., pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis pursuant to the filing of a short form prospectus in all of the provinces of Canada, 17,500,000 Class A common voting shares of the Company, at a price of $2.30 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds to Input of $40,250,000.
