09:55 AM EST - Sarama Resources Ltd. : announced that the aggregate gross proceeds of the further private placement of Units at $0.15, which was announced on June 20, has increased from $150,000 to up to $270,000. The Company now expects to close the Subsequent Financing on or around June 30. Each Unit consists of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant.
