11:52 AM EST - Kinaxis Inc. : announced today that the underwriters of its initial public offering and secondary offering of its common shares have exercised in full their over-allotment option to purchase an additional 1,160,957 common shares of Kinaxis at $13.00 from HarbourVest International Private Equity Partners III - Direct Fund L.P. and TechnoCap I, L.P. bringing the aggregate transaction size to 8,900,672 common shares or $115.7 million. Kinaxis Inc.
