12:03 PM EST - Agrium Inc. : has hit a snag in the U.S. antitrust review of its proposed US$2.65-billion takeover of UAP Holding Corp. Agrium said it has withdrawn its notification ''to allow more time for the Federal Trade Commission to review the proposed acquisition'' and plans to refile it within 30 days. Agrium said it ''remains confident of a successful close to the transaction''. Agrium Inc.
