10:08 AM EST - Oando Energy Resources Inc. : announced the conversion to equity of principal in the amount of $168 million U.S., interest in the approximate amount of $2.9 million U.S. and fees in the amount of $48 million U.S. outstanding under the $1.2-billion U.S. facility agreement dated February 10 with Oando Plc. An aggregate principal amount of approximately $431,000,000 U.S. remains available to be drawn under the Oando Loan. Oando Energy Resources Inc.
