09:51 AM EST - Romarco Minerals Inc. : announced that following the posting of the Final Environmental Impact Statement on July 24, on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers website, the Corps has now informed the Company it will issue its Record of Decision on the 404 Wetlands permit application in November. The 404 permit is the only Federal environmental permit required for the Haile Gold Mine. Romarco Minerals Inc.
