10:21 AM EST - Profound Energy Inc. : and Defiant Resources Corp. said they signed an arrangement agreement whereby Profound would buy by plan of arrangement, all of the issued and outstanding shares of Defiant, for nearly $58.1 million, including the assumption of about $20.0 million of net debt.
