12:12 PM EST - Iteration Energy Ltd. : said on Monday it has agreed to acquire Cyries Energy Inc. in a deal worth about $420.2 million based on Friday's closing share price, to boost its oil and gas production. Cyries shareholders will receive 1.475 Iteration shares for each Cyries share, a premium of 6 percent to Cyries' 20-day weighted average price. Iteration Energy Ltd.
shares T.ITX are trading down 45 cents at $4.80.
