11:49 AM EST - GTA Resources and Mining Inc. : announced that it has advised Balmoral Resources Inc. that GTA will not exercise its second option under the Northshore Property Option Agreement. As a result GTA and Balmoral will now form a participatory joint venture to further explore and develop the Northshore Property in Ontario. GTA will hold an initial 51% interest in the joint venture and be the initial joint venture operator. GTA Resources and Mining Inc.
shares T.GTA are trading up $0.01 at $0.08.
