12:08 PM EST - Yamana Gold Inc. : says its initial feasibility study for the C1 Santa Luz gold project in Brazil calls for a capital budget of US $139 million to build an open pit mine. Average annual gold production over the life of the proposed mine is estimated at 103,000 ounces. The first full year of production is expected to be 120,000 ounces, beginning in early 2010.
