09:51 AM EST - Avagenesis Corp. : announced that it has received a Notice of Allowance from Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry - Japan Patent Office, for a patent application on adipose tissue bioprocessing and cell isolation technology. The Company anticipates the patent to be issued within 60 days. With the Japanese patent, Avagenesis will have a total of six issued patents, (one in Japan, one in South Korea, one in the United States, two in Australia and one in Singapore) and expects more patent issuances internationally over the next 24 months.
