Revenue was $50.8 million, a 6.3% decline from the $54.2 million realized in the third quarter of 2013, largely as a result of continuing U.S. government budget sequestration. EBITDA attributable to shareholders was $7.2 million in Q3 2014, compared to $9.8 million in Q3 2013.
