12:24 PM EST - Birim Goldfields Inc. : and Goldcrest Resources Ltd. are planning a stock-swap merger, creating a new entity that would be owned 50.4 percent by Birim shareholders and 49.6 percent by Goldcrest shareholders. The resources portfolio will include 25 properties in Ghana and Burkina Faso, the companies said Wednesday. Birim Goldfields Inc.
shares T.BGI are trading off 1.37 percent at $0.36.
