03:40 PM EST - New Zealand Energy Corp. : announced that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the extension of the expiry date of 24,452,173 share purchase warrants. The warrants were issued pursuant to a non-brokered private placement financing in November 2013. The expiry date of the warrants has now been extended from October 28, to 5:00 pm Vancouver time on October 28, 2015. The exercise price of the warrants remains unchanged. New Zealand Energy Corp.
