09:45 AM EST - TELUS Corp. : said its TELUS Health arm announced the completion of its acquisition of pharmacy management solution provider XD3 Solutions, which currently serves more than 150 Quebec-based pharmacies. The agreement includes the transition of XD3 employees and expertise to TELUS Health, which will allow TELUS to provide customers with consistent service and a seamless transition. TELUS Corp.
