11:30 AM EST - Dorel Industries Inc. : announced it is acquiring the remaining 30% interest in Companhia Dorel Brasil Produtos Infantis (Dorel Juvenile Brazil) and that the division will become a 100%-owned subsidiary of the Company. The total investment is 4.3 million Brazilian Real (approximately $1.6 million U.S). Dorel Industries Inc.
