12:03 PM EST - Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Servic : announced that its fourth quarter net income available to common shareholders increased 12% to $63.1 million from $56.4 million in the year earlier quarter. Earnings per share for the quarter were $0.78, up from $0.70 in the year-ago quarter. Total revenues for the quarter increased to $1.33 billion from $1.27 billion in the same quarter of prior year.
