10:45 AM EST - Seair Inc. : announced that Canadian Dewatering, L.P. and Seair Inc. have executed a Memorandum of Understanding to form a strategic alliance exclusively in Western Canada and the Northwest Territories for selected markets/applications. The collaboration is based on the use of Seair's unique gaseous diffusion technology which enhances processes currently within Canadian Dewatering's target markets. Initial targets will focus on mine de-watering applications within the Oil Sands operations of which there are hundreds of potential installations. Seair Inc.
