09:43 AM EST - Morien Resources Corp. : has entered into a definitive purchase and sale agreement with Kameron Collieries ULC, an affiliate of The Cline Group LLC, for the sale of Morien's 25% interest in the Donkin Coal Project in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Kameron currently holds a 75% interest in Donkin, having acquired it from Glencore PLC on December 3, 2014. Morien Resources Corp.
shares V.MOX are trading unchanged at $0.22.
