10:44 AM EST - Camino Minerals Corporation : announced that it has completed the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Minquest Peru SAC. Under the terms of the Agreement, Camino has acquired all of the shares of Minquest and as consideration Camino issued 5,000,000 shares of Camino, subject to a hold period which will expire on May 22.
