Earnings per share for the quarter were $0.23 compared to $0.42 last year. Net investment income for the fourth quarter decreased to $4.3 million from $6.2 million in 2006 million in the year ago quarter. The company said that its board declared a first quarter dividend of $0.23 per share to be paid March 28, 2008 to shareholders of record as of March 14, 2008. MCAN Mortgage Corp.
