11:38 AM EST - Goldspike Exploration Inc. : announced that 100% of the Company's 5,000,000 common share purchase warrants with a strike of $0.20 have been exercised for proceeds to the Company of $1,000,000. The warrants were issued by Goldspike on October 6, 2010. In addition, the Company also received proceeds of $121,274.65 from the exercise of 346,499 warrants with a strike price of $0.35. The warrants were issued on August 3, 2011 in conjunction with the Goldspike's initial public offering. All the warrants had and an expiry date of February 3, 2015.
