10:42 AM EST - Cordero Energy Inc. : on Tuesday said it signed an agreement with ENMAX Corporation, pursuant to which ENMAX would make an all-cash offer to buy all of the issued and outstanding common shares on a fully diluted basis of Cordero by way of a take-over bid. As per the Offer, ENMAX would buy she Shares at a price of $4.35 per Share, valuing the proposed transaction at about $218 million including the assumption of debt. Cordero Energy Inc.
shares T.COR are trading up 20 cents at $4.30.
