09:46 AM EST - Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd. : and Virginia Mines Inc. announced the successful completion of the previously announced plan of arrangement involving Virginia and Osisko whereby, Osisko has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Virginia. Under the terms of the Arrangement, each former Virginia shareholder is entitled to receive 0.92 of an Osisko common share for each Virginia common share held. Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd.
