12:03 PM EST - Calfrac Well Services Ltd. : reported Wednesday its third quarter profit rose 50 per cent on a sharp jump in revenues. The Calgary drilling services company, which operates in Western Canada, the United States and Russia, said it earned $19.4 million or 54 cents a share for the three months ended Sept. 30. That compared with earnings of $12.9 million or 36 cents for the same 2005 period. Revenues jumped 49 percent to $115.1 million from $77.4 million. Calfrac Well Services Ltd.
T.CFW are trading up 69 cents at $19.35.
