04:20 PM EST - Dundee REIT : reported a profit of $762.3 million for 2007 as the trust sold a portfolio of properties in Ontario, Quebec and Newfoundland and Labrador to a division of General Electric for $2.4 billion. The trust said Thursday the profit amounted to or $19.95 per diluted unit on $158.1 million in revenue. That compared with a profit of $11.2 million or 35 cents per unit on $106 million in revenue in 2006. Dundee REIT
