01:32 PM EST - TerraVest Capital Inc. : announced today that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has entered into an asset purchase agreement pursuant to which it will acquire substantially all of the assets of Signature Truck Systems, Inc. and Lakeshore Metal Works, Inc., each a privately-owned Michigan based company primarily focused on assembling high quality propane bobtail trucks for leading fuel distributors across the U.S. TerraVest Capital Inc.
