12:25 PM EST - TD Bank Financial Group : raised its dividend Thursday while reporting a five per cent increase in first-quarter earnings to $970 million. Revenue was $3.6 billion in the November-January period, up from $3.5 billion a year earlier. The quarterly dividend rises by 2 cents to 59 cents per share. TD Bank Financial Group
