09:50 AM EST - Grenville Strategic Royalty Corp. : announced that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters co-led by National Bank Financial Inc. and Haywood Securities Inc., pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase on a "bought deal" basis, subject to regulatory approval, 15,000,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.80 per Common Share for gross proceeds of $12,000,000.
