09:45 AM EST - OneRoof Energy Group, Inc. : announced that its OneRoof Energy subsidiary has entered into an agreement with Black Coral Capital, LLC pursuant to which Black Coral, a current investor in OneRoof Energy, will subscribe for 46,422,382 common shares of OneRoof Energy at a price of eight cents per common share on a private placement basis for aggregate gross proceeds of $3,000,000 U.S. OneRoof Energy Group, Inc.
