Under the terms of the modified Agreement, GFK will have an additional 18 months to the original schedule to acquire an exclusive option to earn between 51% and 100% interest in Adventure Gold's Casa-Cameron project, in consideration for an immediate payment of $50,000 originally to have been part of payments due in Phase II of the option.
