11:42 AM EST - TransCanada Corporation : announced net income attributable to common shares for first quarter 2015 of $387 million or $0.55 per share compared to $412 million or $0.58 per share for the same period in 2014. Comparable earnings for first quarter 2015 were $465 million or $0.66 per share compared to $422 million or $0.60 per share for the same period last year. TransCanada's Board of Directors also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per common share for the quarter ending June 30, 2015, equivalent to $2.08 per common share on an annualized basis.
