01:02 PM EST - Iteration Energy Ltd. : the Canadian energy exploration company said Monday it singed an arrangement agreement with Cyries Energy Inc. to create a combined intermediate oil and gas exploration company with an enterprise value of about $1 billion. Following the transaction, Cyries will become a 100% subsidiary of Iteration. Iteration Energy Ltd.
shares T.ITX are trading down 12 cents at $5.99.
