09:54 AM EST - Russel Metals Inc. : announced today that it completed the acquisition of the operations of Western Fiberglass Pipe Sales. Western Fiberglass is a leading distributor of fibreglass down hole tubing casing, facility pipe and line pipe within the oil and gas industry servicing Western Canada, with offices located in Estevan, Saskatchewan and Red Deer, Alberta. Western Fiberglass had annual revenues of approximately $30 million. The newly acquired business will operate under the name Apex Western Fiberglass. Russel Metals Inc.
